Nicola St John Joined the Mediation Communications team in 2011 after graduating from the University of Wollongong.

But, unlike any graduate we have taken on in the past, Nicola has the rare distinction of being qualified in both graphic design and journalism.

At last, we hear you say ... someone who can not only do the design, but can also deal with the words!

And Nicola is no ordinary young person.  She has done so many impressive things, we just had to invite her down for an interview.

For instance, she has set up all the marketing for a not-for-profit in Peru; done a similar job for an eco-tourism venture in Laos and completed an internship with Oxfam as music and arts editor for the youth website 3things.org.au.

Nicola has also worked as a designer in the UK and won a scholarship from ANSTO during her final year of university.
